Job Description: 

First Shift Technical Help Desk Supervisor position open in the Greenville/Spartanburg area for a professional with 4+ years of call center or help desk experience AND 1+ years of supervisory or management of people experience.

Must have great attitude and have lead and managed a team of 10+ people. Technical skills are a plus!  
Excellent advancement possibilities with this company!  
Be part of a 5 person management team of a busy call center that supports technical needs of customers.
Must have:
  • Supervisory experience with a team of employees: leadership is important in this role!
  • Call center experience, understanding metrics and how to manage ticketing systems
  • Excellent positive attitude
  • The ability to multi-task
Preferred Skills: 

Associates Degree preferred

Technical skills in networking, systems, POS, applications, etc.are "nice to haves"
